The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) define the rights and obligations applicable to all reservations made with Dana Dermo, a sole proprietorship registered under the SIRET number 94460658100014, specializing in reparative and aesthetic dermopigmentation.
Making an appointment implies the customer's full acceptance of these terms and conditions, which are permanently available on the danadermo.com website.
1. Services offered
Dana Dermo offers dermopigmentation services for aesthetic and restorative purposes, including :
capillary micropigmentation (SMP);
reparative dermopigmentation (scars, stretch marks, 3D mammary areolas);
semi-permanent eyebrow make-up (microblading, microshading).
Each service is the subject of personalized support and a strict protocol complying with current health and safety standards.
2. Booking services
Appointments can be made :

or via our online reservation system (Google Workspace).
For certain services, notably hair micropigmentation and reparative dermopigmentation, a preliminary consultation is mandatory before any work is carried out. This consultation enables us to assess needs and feasibility, identify any contraindications and propose a personalized treatment plan.
When conditions allow, the consultation can also be organized remotely, by videoconference.
3. Prior consultation
The consultation lasts approximately 30 to 45 minutes. The consultation is free and without obligation. It enables us to assess your needs and define a personalized treatment plan.
It includes :
an in-depth discussion of your expectations, your background and any medical history you may have;
an assessment of the skin or scalp concerned;
a personalized protocol proposal ;
answers to all your questions.
👉 When necessary, a patch test can be carried out in addition to ensure treatment compatibility and safety. This test costs €60. As a separate safety procedure, it is not deducted from the final service fee.
4. Terms of payment
Services on request (hair micropigmentation and reparative dermopigmentation) :
A personalized quotation is given at the end of the consultation. The service only begins once the quotation has been validated in writing by the customer and a deposit of 30% of the total amount has been paid.
This deposit confirms the reservation and locks the slots in the calendar.
The balance is paid as the sessions progress: the remaining amount is divided equally between the appointments scheduled in the initial protocol.
Payments can be made by secure payment link, credit card or bank transfer (cheques not accepted).
Fixed-rate services (eyebrows) :
These services are invoiced after completion. Payment is due immediately after the session.
Terms of payment:
Services are paid for at the time of each session, unless otherwise stipulated in the quote.
Payments can be made :
in cash, directly at the office,
by secure payment link (CB) transmitted via Qonto,
or by bank transfer (in particular for deposits linked to the validation of an estimate or for services booked remotely, such as videoconference consultations).
Cheques are not accepted.
Prices are given in euros, inclusive of all taxes.
Discount conditions: No discount will be granted for early payment.
Late payment penalties: In the event of non-payment on the due date, penalties calculated at three times the current legal interest rate will be applied automatically.
Fixed legal indemnity: Any delay in payment automatically entails, without the need for a reminder, the application of a fixed indemnity for collection costs of €40, in accordance with the legal provisions in force.
5. Cancellation and change conditions
You can cancel or modify an appointment by contacting Dana Dermo by e-mail contact@danadermo.com up to 48 hours before the scheduled time.
After this deadline :
the amount of the consultation or deposit is non-refundable,
and the appointment will be considered cancelled late.
In the event of a delay of more than 10 minutes, the service may be cancelled, out of respect for the schedule and other customers. However, I am always ready to listen in the event of exceptional circumstances, which you can notify by e-mail to contact@danadermo.com.
6. Contraindications and liability
Certain services may be contraindicated in cases of pathology, current medical treatment, pregnancy or particular skin conditions. It is your responsibility to inform me of any medical history, known allergy or treatment you are undergoing, prior to any service.
For certain reconstructive procedures, medical advice may be sought to ensure that the treatment is carried out under the safest possible conditions.
Dana Dermo reserves the right to refuse a service if the conditions do not allow for reliable and secure performance.
7. Commitment to quality & hygiene
All services are provided in strict compliance with health and safety regulations:
sterile, single-use equipment,
systematic cleaning and disinfection of surfaces and equipment,
wear gloves.
Each service is adapted to the rhythm of your skin, with the aim of achieving natural, long-lasting results, without excess.
8. Personal data
The data collected when you make an appointment or contact us is used exclusively for :
manage your customer file,
organize and follow up your appointment,
inform you of any changes or reminders.
They are kept securely and are never passed on to third parties without your consent.

9. Force majeure
Dana Dermo cannot be held responsible for the cancellation or postponement of a service in the event of an unforeseeable event beyond its control: illness, technical breakdown, exceptional weather conditions, strike, etc.
10. Modification of the GTC
Dana Dermo reserves the right to modify the present conditions at any time. The applicable version is that in force on the day of booking.
